how about keeping the front nice and kleen , the way it was and putting the gauge beside the battery.

OMR here is a set of gauges not sure where they're from :laugh:
I've tried to superimpose onto your front end but I hit things
with a hammer for a living :woohoo: :woohoo: :whistle:
You just can't go past the original gauges. They're like the engine,
the tank and ductail. They are what makes the Z (KZ)

Here's how the mock up/template came out...
BTW, reasoning of why I'm doing this.... :blink: I'm wanting to do away with the handle bar switch controls especially on the right hand grip side where the master reservoir has to be mounted... On the left grip side, fabbing a small turn signal switch and horn only bar enclosure. More on this later.

Zx636 doesn't have Mechanical drive units... And as mentioned, trying to eliminate handle bar switches...
