Cupped Volt Gauge-Ignition Switch - Low/High Beam ON Switches & Starter Switch....

Not Sure if I like it or not quite yet but we'll see how it goes for I can always change it later on....

it will give you something to hide behind :pinch: .

kinda like a small fairing :whistle: :P .

a set of stock kz gauge buckets with some custom machined out tops that gave a raised ring around the edge and flat across the center to mount your lights and gauges in would look pretty nice i think.
it would be a cool project,i would be willing to machine one up and see if it was feasible.

feasiblity study ,you know :laugh: .

I also have the triple tree key hole to contend with... Don;t really want to grind it off right now so maybe along this line would be cleaner....

Weld a 1.5" pipe onto the 3 gauge set bottom plate that can be inserted and secured (taped & threaded) through the tree hole. The cables could also run through this pipe.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.... :unsure:

None of these are tripping my trigger, personally.

You could make them flush mounts on the top of the tank.

Just saw that gauge on the NASA site...apparently they can see it from space. :whistle: :lol:

Can the gauge on the right also be integrated into the combo unit? If so, maybe a one piece rectangular dash like the 81 and 82 gpz's would work? I like the actual set up you have now but maybe with a smaller circle on the left....maybe a third circle for the ignition in the middle? Just some ideas....

maybe try mounting the key ignition switch under the gas tank towards the front kinda like a honda CB175.
