Yes, and I intend to use the Air Cure, 1200 series. I noticed that you were using only a dustmask, and it made me concerned for your sanity. But then again, look at what we're building! That question is answered.

Thanks for your project and the quantity of pics. Yours is just one of the projects that is helping me to shape my project.

I am officially having withdrawals from this thread stalling like this!

On a lighter note, it has me looking for parts for my own machine! I like the direction you are going so much that i am duplicating it to a large degree. I am gonna monoshock mine though.

I have most of the stuff on hand or coming already, so this thread is a big stepping stone for me to get ideas from. I am gonna stay with the nice round looking KZ tank though as opposed to the GPz tank....

I am beginning to think that Roynor and friend went into the trailer business, and gave up on the bike....

My addiction to this thread is causing me withdrawals! I need more!

The trailer business is dirty and overrated!.

OK, its done outside, I am doing the inside these days, and i also have other stuff to do, so the days are busy.

BUT, the bike building will start as soon as possible. :woohoo:

So you are planning monoshock, sounds nice. :cheer:
You know that you need to start a project tread!!!

Soon finished now...

that trailer turned out nice! I'll take one!

I will be starting a project thread as soon as I get the paperwork straight on this bike. I am just waiting on a replacement title to come in to the previous owner.

I already have the TL swingarm, rear caliper with hanger, rear wheel, triple trees, and inverteds. rear axle, and so much more stuff to get things moving that I am trying to make room in my own garage to get it going. I have the CSR1000, and a KZ650 to tinker with.

Coming soon!!!

yeah, TL1000 Swingarm like yours, with pretty much everythign attached but the TL shock. Gonna look at what else can be made to work with this swingarm and go monoshock with it.

The triple trees are from a TL, but the legs I have no idea about. The front axle is a GSXR part, and came from inverteds so it should work fine.

I am going to use the CSR tank, but the rest of it will be all hand laid fiberglass. I have lots to do once I strip the frame, and the thread I caught on reinforcing the frame areas is goign to come in handy.

Everything that comes off the bike will be pushed off to the classifieds here or ebay. Still looking for a frnt wheel, and calipers/rotors. not a big issue at this point, but soon enough it will be.

I like the look of the Gun-Kote, and plan to use it too. looks like the stuff turns out excellent when it is done right. I like low maintenance.

There will be a new thread, and lots of pics like this one. The next one may get a single sided swingarm if I can locate one at a reasonable cost. I think the single sided swings look sexy!

I have to push up the power on the 1000 though, so things are gonna take a bit. With a megasquirt EFI setup I am going to be a while putting the thing all together. I know the engine runs, but with 30K miles on it, and knowing how I ride, I anticipate the engine is gonna need an overhaul before I get it finished....

Is your TL swingarm an "R" model or an "S"? Or does it even matter?
