Then in the oven, that can be a little challenge, since it is not always that easy to hang up fresh painted parts, even if the part is drying up before I place it in the oven.

The oven temperature for curing the paint is 325 degrees F.
So after the parts have reached the temperature, they have to cure in the oven for one hour.

Looking nice there RoyNor . I painted my forks black too.it looks sweet.i desided to go less bling and more black.so far it is turning out awesome.imo.i fist polished the outer edge of the rims and painted the center 3 spokes red to match the tank.then i changed my mind and painted the polished rim black. i will get some pics up latter.
Your bike is going to be an eye poper.B)
can u get the pore15 and gun cote in a satin black that match eack other?

Thank you!. :cheer:

Less bling??? :silly:

Its a nightmare finding the right paint, but I will stick to POR-15 when I cant use Gun-Kote.

You get the Gun-Kote in high gloss, satin, and flat in black.
I have the flat here, but have not used it yet.

The POR-15 you also get in satin, called BLACK VELVED

I dont know how much they match, but when its more flat it should be easier? But as we know, black isnt black always...

thanks for the reply.
i have used spray cans on every peice of my bike. in a couple of years when it starts to look bad,i'm shure it will, i will redo it all.I will use gun cote, and pore15 , and have the frame and body parts painted properly.
