I bought this on eBay about a year ago or so, and it was painted in original GPz red with the silver and blue striping. It came with the mounting hardware and fits (or should I say BOLTS right on) It is an original Kawasaki part and not an after market part. As hard as I have attempted, I have not been able to find exactly what bike this came from. As you have noticed. I have already painted it to the bike. I have not yet mounted it because I want to repaint the brackets first. Here are some views. Let me know what you think.

Well guys; the're finally here. My new custom pistons. Thanks to Joe Hooper at Pit Stop Performance in Orlando, and all of his extraordinary work and effort. He had these custom pistons made for me by MTC to fit an early J Block and crank with a late GPZ1100 (ZR1100) head and block. These are 10.5:1 with the custom domes. Now I can get busy and build the engine, Maybe this weekend or next at the latest. I also got new Stainless intake valves which are a bit oversize, for the ZX head.
EXTRA-EXTRA-EXTRA I have also gotten my hands on a complete Fuel injection system from a ZX1100 which I should be able to mount at the same time. All these top end upgrades should be an enormous KICK IN THE ASS when I hit my throttle, after it's all installed. I plan on putting the bike on a dino once everything is mounted. I will be posting pictures as I do the top end. Thanks again to Joe Hooper at "Pit Stop Performance" Orlando. He by far is the most affordable, out of all of the shops I have contacted, for Machine work. Joe ROCKS. joehooper@cfl.rr.com 407-679-9116 Tel Joe Otto Sent You. He will bend over backwards for you, that's just the kind of guy he is.

I have just ordered a set of Titanium valve spring Retainers. They are the shim under bucket type but I will re-machine them for the shim on top type. This will be a street bike and will rarely see 10K RPM, and the cam is only .410 lift, so I am not worried about spitting a shim. I would hate to mess with the SUB adjustment every time the valves start to "hiss". I do however require a couple of things for my fuel injection. Those are, a fuel pump and a fuel pump relay. I have already ordered a new adjustable fuel pressure regulator, to give me about 30PSI of fuel pressure.
