This is the dual bulb setup which uses the Halogen Hibeam. I was a little scepticle of the moving bulb vesion. Also with the single bulbe version it must have an extra control box to move the bulb back and forth. This means that I have less junk to have to hide somewhere.

I also plan on replaceing the front lens with one of these lenses. By buying a car conversion kit will give me one for the GPZ and one for my KZ1300. I guess that I will have a couple of spare Quartz bulbes for something.

Looking good. That lens makes a wide beam? I tried an automobile sealed beam on a bike and couldn't see a damn thing when turning.

I'll be pretty much full time in Honolulu by 2010. First bike here will be a KLR650 set up to carry fishing gear :-)

Hay Duck, an automotive sealed beam has the problem of much lower intensity than a bike light. That is the difference between a H-4 and a 4007/6024 bulb they look the same and fit just fine until you plug them in. The H-4 is much brighter. It's not the lens it's the bulb.

Well I finished porting my head. The exhaust side took me about 6 hours for the four ports. Here are some pictures of the process.
