Motorbike accident # 2

I was in my car on my way home from work the other day, it was just getting dark.
I take a windy two lane black top that shortens my commute a lot. I came around a bend to the scene of an ugly accident. There was a motorcycle down, in pieces, and a section of torn up guardrail. 
There was an ambulance and a police car just leaving the scene. As I slowed down I noticed what looked like a picnic cooler on the ground near the downed motorcycle, it had red crosses on the top and sides. Curious I got out of my car and opened the cooler. To my shock there was what looked like a human arm in a plastic container surrounded with ice.
I could only surmise that it belonged to the poor biker and was forgotten in the rush to get them to the hospital.
I carefully loaded the cooler into my car and took of in hopes of catching up with the ambulance. 
When I could finally just see the flashing lights of the ambulance ahead of me I heard sirens and saw lights behind me. 
I couldn't believe I was getting pulled over and when the officer came up to my window I immediately explained to him that I had to get this cooler back to the ambulance.
He then asked me what was in the cooler and I said for him to have a look and then tell me.
He opened the cooler and then immediately spun around and said, get your hands up now, you're under arrest for arm robbery.....
