Edit - did some research and --- OMG! Holy shit! - it all makes sense now! Its China! they're painting dogs brown to hide the ecological footprint from lithium mining so we have to drive EVs! SOmEoNe notify the wHitEhoUse!!!!

dogs ARE sometimes brown.Automobiles are flammable. In other news - water is wet, dogs are sometimes brown, and this thread is bullshit.
