No a statement on how we got here in CA. I was in to Honda CVCC's, I had 4 of them. The first ones met the 2000 estimated smog limits. The 1980 wagon I had got 40-52 MPG. I used it to pick up my frame in Riverside as well as for work. I LOVED THAT CAR. Only problem was the carb and the 50 vacuum lines. Tried to rebuild the carb but wound up going to a wrecking yard and got a good used one. DROVE THE PISS OUT OF IT.
My daughter bought a 91 and the best it could do was 20MPG. They went back to the regular type engine.
They proved it could be done but abandoned it for the standard type then came FI.
My 93 Euro got 20 MPG had lots of power, handled well and looked good. but I missed my 80 CVCC.
