You can get a new bolt and lock nut at the HDWR store. I was thinking the spacers were switched inside the hub and sprocket carrier. #9&15.

Looks like it was assembled incorrectly. How about pics of the spacers? I'd get a All Balls bearing kit.

Hmm, based off the diagram, it looks correct to me. I will take a closer look.
Im thinking the issue is more related on the brake drum side. That sound in the video in my 1st post, can be felt on my hand when I put my hand on the brake drum cover, with the wheel spinning.

I don't see the spacers in your pics.

It looks hogged out at the bearing to me. The parts diagram will tell you the order and what each piece looks like.

Yeah, those bearings look pretty crunchy in the pics and something looks like it was beating on the right side bearing face just inside of the retainer clip. I can't see the spacer either but maybe it's there, just not obvious.
Fortunately, a set of wheel bearings are pretty inexpensive.

Yeah, on another look, it looks like the spacer on the brake drum side, might be installed backwards. Because in the diagram picture, it looks like maybe the spacer should be sticking out, instead of going into the hub. Not sure.
Im looking for my snap ring pliers right now, so I can take a look at both sides bearing though.
Any particular brand recommended for the wheel bearing? I know on the brake shoe, OEM or Vesrah(spelling?) is recommended.

As I said before All Balls has a kit. It takes three bearings. I replaced both front and rear. BIG difference. ![B) B)](/media/kunena/emoticons/1.png)
