I bought these carbs to go w a new build I have going on I have 1100 jugs and pistons I plan to bore to 1135 w 10.5/1 weiscos I already have a bottom end together and psp3 cams sitting on my bench I thought these carbs would go nicely w my setup you have me really concerned about what the point had done because he had 17.5 pilots and 122.5 mains in them and told me they should be close 60,65,and70 is a huge jump from where he had them and by the way I still don't know what was going on w the needles and seats they just all of the sudden decided to seal!!

Go to the chart at jetsrus. The slide cutaway is different for Honda and Suzuki. 2.0 Kawasaki 1.5 They have been set up for stock configurations. Mine was set up for a Honda CB 750 with a 900 big bore and a radical cam. I have been able to tame them and am convinced when I go back to my 10.25/1 pistons, (I ruined one) They will give me all the juice I need and beyond. I too would like to go 1075.
Dial them in to run what you got, then you will know better how to set them up for your larger build.

It's been four days because of some criminal FK. How are you doing on the carbs?

I went to 125's. I stuck to the 65 pilots. It seems to be leaning out a tad. Before it was too rich and washing out the rings. It's been over 500 miles and I suspect the rings are seating better. I suggest you go 60 pilots and 125 mains. Comparing VM and VS carbs is a error. If you pull a slide to adjust the needles, I like to see a pick of one. Side, top and bottom.
