So after four sets of carbs, and multiple frustations, I have sent my carbs to a professional. I was lucky enough to find an unmolested set of Vm28's on ebay destined my 82 KZ 1000 LTD. I have gone through two sets of BS34's and a set of VM26's without satisfaction thus far. I guess I just don't have the patience for swimming though multiple sets of jets and endless tuning to get to where I want to be.

I am confident that Rick can get me to a good starting point on getting a good set of tuned carbs. I will be anxiously awaiting.

I'll keep you posted...

after sending them to rick!! you won't be at a starting point.. you'll be done/finished with your carbs...... they will work amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he's done 2sets for me....

I can't say enough about Rick's excellent communication, lightning fast work (about a week, or his extremely fair pricing. They are in the mail headed back my way. Can't wait for them to get here!!!!
