So, did this oldskool guy do your carbs? or someone else?
Tried to follow the thread but kinda got confusing as to where you actually sent your carbs.
Have you put the carbs on the bike yet?

Thanks for the post I've been looking for a trustworthy guy to rebuild my carbs, I am very impressed by the willingness of guys to help each other on KZRider forum. Just great!

old skool did them
the carbs are on bike and are working great. i didnt even have to sync them the were just benched synced. i couldnt be any happier with them and how they turned out.

i had them back 2 weeks after i sent them out. i sent them on a saturday and he sent them back 2 saturdays later.

old school carbs/rick west is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! here's pics of a set of 28's he rebuilt for me... the bike can set a month and you don't even have to use the choke at all!! really does awesome work!!! in fact i'm sending him a set of 26's this wk to rebuild for my 76 ltd... 285.00 shipped back to me..... i highly recommend rick for your carburetor work!!!
