New box will be here Tuesday so I should have it wired and working for next weekend.
I think I'm gonna look at some kind of small onboard compresser so I can air shift on the
street and stop to keep fillin the bottle.

The Gold Wings had them. Nice to have. Any ideas where to get one?

That's quite a bit. I'm sure you know better about it than I do. Be interesting to see what you come up with. B)

There are lots of small cheap 12 volt compressors on the market. They all have the following traits:

Noisy as hell, fast wearing and short lived, and slow to build volume at high pressure. But they are light weight and cheap, and they might work o.k. for filling an air shifter bottle....

One that I stripped out of an "Air-Man" hand held inflator weighs about one pound and is tiny - about the overall size of a golf ball, and can reach 140 psi.

So at work we got these little Slime brand tire repair kit's it's a bottle of green goo
and a small 12 v. air compresser in a cute little bag.
Cost me 12 dollor's so got one plugged it the lighter in the van and hooked it to the air tank
and put 120 psi in the bottle pretty quick it worked a little hard but it did it.

So I took it apart to see what I could cut off the case to make it smaller few min. with a hack saw
it's mounted under the swing arm.
Ya I cut it already.

Used the switch and gauge still need to make a gauge mount but the switch and wiring are done
and the gauge work's. Black switch under the tach to the right turn's it on/off.

Test ride tonight made about 50 shift's and had no issue's about enough air.

I've got a mini air compressor in my top box. Changed 4 tires since I got it.
I used one of my hole saws for wood to cut the holes for my gauges. Eats aluminum.

Look what showed up today this will allow me to finish the auto shift set up.

Shift rpm is adjustable from about 2500 to 9,900 in 100 rpm step's and allow me to set the shift rpm for each gear.
Also has an adjustable ign. kill.
I think it fit's real nice right here. I'll have to move the fuse box but that's no big deal.

Got the shift control box wired and on the swing arm stand the bike was shifting all gears
so did a test ride and it seems it's not killing the ign. and wouldn't shift under load Not sure why
but I think it's in the setting I used for set up so I'll call tech support in the morning.
I moved the Dyna 2000 the start solenoid, voltage reg. and the fuse box to mount the shift control box
and still be able to get to both ends of the Dyna for programming.

Little pic's a video click it.
