It's titled as an 83, but motor and frame Vins all match and say 1982 N1, not N2 like the 83. Pretty sure this is a Gpz N1 motor.

Might just buy a different head and say f it. Still going to see if it can be straightened and used. Does look like exhaust valve seats are awfully shallow and some scoring in journals and caps. Found this on eBay. When I just put in kz 750 head much more options. I didn't think all 750 heads were interchangeable though? Let's not say things unless it's a fact, and lead people to buy and build the wrong thing.
