Either keyed or non keyed rotor is ok to use on a non keyed crank.
On a keyed crank you would have to use a keyed rotor as the rotor bolt is only 8mm on those and largely rely on the key not to spin.
The non keyed went to a 10mm bolt which enabled more torque to be applied.
I recommend "lightly" lapping the replacement rotor to the crank with fine grinding paste for a good fit.

Crankshaft bolt seems to be 12mm diameter, 52mm overall lenght, 32mm threaded part.

It should be a 10mm bolt. You must have a KZ 1000 crank.

Weird, it's definitely bigger than 10mm.

Z900/1000 small rotor cranks went from 8mm bolt keyed to 10mm bolt un-keyed.
Z1 to Z1R D1 rounded cam cover.
Later Z1R and MK2/ST with squared cam cover went to 12mm bolt but also dished type rotor and large dia crank taper.
The tapers on both are the same angle but the later one is on a larger diameter.
The small rotor will sit on the later crank but only on the tip of the taper and too far out for any alt cover to bolt on.
It's possible someone damaged the crank threads and re - tapped 12mm .
The crank isn't that hard in that area .
It's also possible that the rotor had it's internal taper cut or ground larger to fit a later crank but it would leave the steel insert a little thin in places and prone to cracking.
And also the later crank takes a larger needle roller etc for the starter clutch so you need to measure the crank in that area to see what you have.
A clue will be the tooth count on the cam sprockets which would be 30t to work with an early crank or 32t for the later.

Make sure you get a later rotor or it won''t fit.

HAhaha thanks 650ed, I needed the laugh after this
Beer helps too.
Just counted my camshaft sprocket teeth: 32 in both. So is this as a matter of fact still mk2 crank with some very weirdly installed wrong rotor and cover. This is getting interesting.

Looking at your internal rotor pic the key slot does look very shallow which indicates that the taper has been re-cut wider.
This would also explain why the extractor bolt pushed into the threads rather than the tip of the crank.
You are gonna need a complete later MK2 type alternator rotor, windings ,starter clutch and cover to get going again.

Okay thanks for the help. I wouldn't be able to do squat without you guys.
Fortunately mk2 rotor and stator are a bit cheaper but the cover is gonna cost honey. If anyone has spare one, remember me
So the shopping list for important stuff is as follows:
www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanager/produc...php?products_id=1324
www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanager/produc...php?products_id=1043
www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanager/produc...php?products_id=1067
+ cover and my crank bolt is a bit f'd so i'd need that too. And the washer. Are the needle bearing etc stuff basically still same or any differences there?
