1977 KZ 1000 b1 LTD running rough

ok...I think i got the valve clearance right. I did it exactly the way the owners manual said.
That said this is what i got

from left to right 1 - 4
Front
.002 .004 .002 >.002(.002 was the smallest feeler guage i had)
Rear
.003 .004 .004 .004

Something i noticed while i was in there was all the lobes i think there called(the things i put the feeler guage under) are nice and shiny but the front numbr 3 and 4 were closer to the color of the oil and i saw like rub markes on them.
