What's done is done,I think you learned a valuable lesson.
It's better that you did it on a course with cones than on a road with a gravel shoulder and guard rails, you might not be talking about it right now.

Get on your bike and ride, stay out of traffic for a while, find some nice curvy roads and put on a lot of miles, also "watch out for the deer" :woohoo:
You'll gain your confidence back in no time.

Don't miss any more of the season.

My wife, who had never riden anything other than a mini bike when she was a kid, got a better grade on everything than I did. I went by on their last day just to have her instructor reiterate it. She had been my instructor, too.
A week later we went by the grounds where they were training another group and I had to listen to how my wife had better tase in bikes than I did, a brand new VStar 950.
How's that for humbling? :P
