Here is how I did mine. Each time you adjust one, it can / will effect the other cylinders. Here is part one. Just look for parts two and three. Best of luck.

This is how the gauges look when off. Not even in the ball park of equal.

That's good but bad to see. I think you gauges had a rough trip thru the mail. Is there any adjustments on them. If not Id be sending that picture to the place you bought them from. I say good because maybe your carbs are not that far off. Did you notice what the needle positions were when you pulled them out of the box.

While I wait to hear back from the seller about the vacuum gauges, I've been tinkering.

Pulled the front wheel apart, removed all the old grease, repacked the bearings and reassembled. Spins way nicer now.

Also working on replacing my gauge face plates...

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationFound them on eBay. This seller seems to have quite a bit of good stuff.

Still waiting on the plugs coming from China to take a look at them. I'm not in a huge hurry anymore as I've given up on getting this thing going before spring. It's also getting close to time to put the army uniform back on, so that's probably going to be digging into time too. Just going to keep tinkering and hope for the first day of good spring weather.

Before I get around to taking apart the speedometer again, does anybody have a great trick for whitening the trip meter?

New plugs arrived today. So far they *look* legit. Going to do a bit more research and comparisons before I go ahead with them.
The box matches what's shown in the NGK's chinese site.

I forgot to reply. Sorry. Reach out to asphalt900, he will be able to tell you how to whiten up the odometer dials.

I got my money back on the sync gauge, but I *may have been able to correct it by pulling the needles and resetting them. Have yet to try to sync it to make sure they're working properly.

Everything points to these plugs being genuine. I tried reaching out to Canada's tech support to inquire about the lot number, but their offices are closed, probably due to COVID.

If they are knockoffs, they're damn good knockoffs.

Some tips, just a start, for the gauges on another tread to help. Thank-You Mikaw for the referral. Be super careful about tightening the 2 faceplate retaining screws! The aftermarket face's Marcel sells are Great, lots better than a sticker. But.. the green plastic is stiffer than OEM, if that makes sense. You can bend an original and it won't snap in two, try it with your new ones and it'll be the end of it. I use 1/8" brass tube to shoulder the two screws. This way the pressure from the screws isn't stressing the plastic.
