Figured it would be less work than de-tabbing the stock rear and smoothing it all out.

It's wearing me out, Leon. Can't wait for all this fabrication to be over lol. So much welding and grinding, but it's soooo close to being done. After the frame all the fun stuff starts. I will be sending the head to Larry to get opened up, some nice cams from Web, and higher compression pistons .020" over. Hope it runs well after that, stock KZ is a little too lazy for me ;)

Does anyone have any info on how to check the primary chain? I can't seem to find anything on it in my manual. Really don't wanna buy this chain :P

Alright, someone help me make sense of this.

This is the measurement of one of the MAIN journals on the crank. The clymer manual says ALL journals should be 1.3773-1.3780" with a minimum of 1.3768". I'd be worried if my journals were .030" under, but good lord they appear to be ".030 over lol. Am I missing something? (sorry for the terrible quality, had to crank the ISO to get a decent pic without flash.)

Here is a pic of all my measurements.

Hi guys!
I'm new for this site and I read all of this project. Cool stuff! So I try some parts on my KZ650LTD. It is GSXR front end, bolt rite on like its made for it. In back some Ninja swing arm and it need bushing bore bolt and about 1/4" spacers on sides, between frame and swing arm. Than going to weld tabs on sides for two shocks which going to be from ZRX.
