Said to hell with it! Ran into so many problems. Just ordered an 03 ZX-6R swinger that I'll modify for dual shocks and shorten up a bit.

Not quite sure what switch you're referring to. If it's the ignition it's mounted where the horn used to be.

New swinger and axle have arrived! This weekend I will get it all buttoned up, and get the hoop on!

What swingarm are you putting on this build?

The swinger is of an 03 ZX-6R, takes very little modification to work.

New swingarm is in finally! Haven't been very productive lately due to my new project lol.



Should be getting a lot more done after the holidays.

Not sure which center bushing you're talking about. All I had to do was trim the frame about 1\4" where the swingarm mounts, then bore out the ZX6R swingarm bolt so the KZ bolt fit inside of it and bolt her up.

you trimmed your frame. :ohmy:
that is the reason you didn't have to shorten the bushing.
