today i went to work on the frt. got a 97 marauder caliper - rotor i like these because the offset on the rotor works great as far as the caliper all you need to make is one little bracket and bolt on.
cut up the frt. fender which is from a 83-84 ninja to my likes and drilled the mount holes.had to cut some of the mounting tabes on the shocks so the tire will clear the fender test fitted it and now ready for paint.
got my bushings from the hardware for the frt. axle, i use the stock kz rear axle its o.d. is the same i.d. of the bearings on the 88-92 gsxr wheel works out great slide the bushings over the axle and slide into the shocks done deal.
thanks to all that have commented on my orange bike that is like my drug i get off when people comment and like my work, that is the main reason i build them. but you havent seen this one yet  i just hope it will run

i dont think i am going to use the sprockets, as far as the wheel in the frt. you have to use the wheel i have listed in this build newer ones are to wide where the axle goes just need bushings on each side to center i wrote in this build how to do it. the rear is a busa wheel with a 200-50zr-17 on the orange one.
