I am sure you could, others have made them out of electrical conduit. I do not understand how they work either. Did you look at the directions on the Schnitz site?

if you cant find dust covers to fit your forks on z1enterprise.

i am sure that your buddy with the lathe could spin out some from aluminum that were shaped like the ones that go on the regular kzs, then just paint powder or ano them and your set.

i have some chrome dust covers that have been made from aluminum that are vintage times i have had for 20+ years.

Hey guys, need some tuning advice. I pulled the motor out of the frame the other day so I can paint the frame and stuff. When I pulled the exhaust pipes, the third pipe and exhaust port are pretty white. All the others are black. What does that mean? Not enough fuel? Spark? Any pointers would be great.

THanks

I would suspect an air leak at the exhaust gasket.
