Does extending the swingarm widen the wheel base and if so them how are you mounting the tire back on?

yea it does the stock axle is like 3 inches too short so the way it is in the pics right now i just got a 3/8 extension for an axle just for the pic but I'm getting a 17mm round bar and tappin threads on both sides for a new axle. The way I built my extension with a 6 inch stretch I need a 14 1/4" axle to have enough room to thread both sides but it will be fairly easy.

So I built the seat pan today and my drill died while i was making my hinge so while it was charging I decided to cut up those nasty handle bars that were on there and make a sort of renthal style set of bars. sitting on the bike now with the seat and the bars it feels good I def need to swith to forward controls.

From what I can see, those bars look a hell of a lot better. Keep up the good work.

Marine corps ghetto adaptability = redneck engineering south of the Mason Dixon line. I like it!

why cant you just put the swingarm in a vise and squeeze until the stock width if your gonna use the stock rim and spacers i dont see why that wouldnt work
