I need to add some updates: I bought a set of street compression/pump gas MTC Pistons from Joe Hooper at Pitstop in Orlando. He bored my cylinders and end gapped my rings. The pistons are American made.

So now it's a 1075! Joe has an Ebay store, Pitstop. I am very pleased with the service.
I got rid of my BS34s, and bought another set. :blush: for now. They are from a 95 Police bike.I took the bike to Factory 4 here in Plant City. Cody added 40 pilot /slow jets,up from 37.5. He then syncronized,cut,welded, adjusted , and tuned the old girl so she pulls hard and idles like new.
I flippin love this thing now!!

I have a coworker that solved all of my gearing problems. Dale designed and fabricated a billet aluminum sprocket mount/ adapter for mounting a Zx7 sprocket to my ZRX1100 cush drive. I will have to get a picture of it.It has one set of counter sunk holes for attaching to the cush drive and another set of threaded holes for the sprocket bolts. I has a smaller center flange for the center sprocket hole. He really saved me a lot of hassle, time, money. It's super solid and I thank him all the time for it.

So now it's a fresh 1075 with BS34s operating the best a set of BS34s can, and it's geared high enough!! I love riding it now!! It's quick and sounds nasty. It idles smooth but it's quiet at idle and cruises at 70mph at 4,500 rpm. It's geared too high and I will go with a smaller front sprocket soon because the clutch can't handle the gearing.

Oh I also found that the rubber flange on my old (pictured) air filters, was too large. I am talking about the round holethe air goes thru to get to the carburetor. The hole was small enough that the air flow to the sensing ports was disrupted at higher rpms. my bike would not rev above 6,000 rpm.

I have a new set of Uni filters now. I plan on getting a real seat, and real exhaust, a rear grab bar and a real paint job.

I have seen the Japanese doing oem style paint schemes with brighter colors or morphed designs. They are athletic and racey but not the same old stock colors.
