I just found a 19 tooth sprocket !!! I had made my own but it is not 100% centered. I ordered a 1/4 inch offset for a 530 chain. I wanted a 520 but could not find a small enough sprocket for the rear. stores.ebay.com/Motorcycle-Parts-Warehou...idZp4634Q2ec0Q2em322 I was having trouble making enough speed. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.
Why do u want a 1/4" offset?? u should need at least 1/2".

What part of the cush drive did you machine, the sprocket face or the inside where the rubbers are? I have always wondered this. Thanks
Brandon
u mill the face that the sprocket bolts to.
Is this how everybody did theirs???? I milled the inside of the hub. After removing just a little bit of material on the inside of the hub, it bottomed out and was touching the inside of the wheel, i marked where it made contact and removed that surface also. It worked great for mine, has anybody else done it this way?
