I built another offset sprocket today. A 19 tooth. And yes it does fit. Welded a couple of JTs together. I put it on and got to 3rd gear at 40 mph in front of the house. I used to get to 5th at 40 mph. Yeah:laugh: I may get to ride it to work tomorrow. It is raining too much.

Plenty of clearance, 3/8" or so. I would have taken a picture but I had chain lube on my fingers. I will take a picture some time soon.
I had some wear on the outside of my 17 tooth sprocket.
I took the thick washer out from behind the 19 to bring it further inboard. I will have to see how this one does and keep a closer eye on it.
Another benefit is more clearance between the chain and upper surface of the swingarm. :P Sweet!!
I see 3400 rpm at 55 mph now. I am so happy.

Cal. Try checking your rear sag settings. i found that when i laid the shocks down that there must be less leverage on the shocks. this seems to make the spring rates too stiff. this causes a harsh hit over bumps that tries to launch me off the seat. when i put the shocks in the original lower mounts on the zrx arm, the sag is better. I would now need to raise the front end to gain more rear sag, since raising the front would add weight to the rear. this is based on my weight of 170 lbs. the rear handles bumps better now, but the rake is too steep. 531blackbanshee is thinking i may be able to shorten the shocks by cutting the shaft and spring. I’m not sure yet?
