I did it!!!! I put it all back together with the intake one on this. Time z\5 filled bowls with gas two Sprays of starter fluid no choke on and not even 3 seconds of cranking it TURNED ONNNN!!!!!!!!!! When open throttle sounds amazing!!! I would have to say it was the intake timing ALLLL along!!!!! I've never felt so successful! I seriously wish that I could post a video of how it sounds!!!!

So now I got a problem. It turned on as I had said I turned it off I can't get it to crank anymore:/ when I turn it on and press the starter button all it does is click in the relay but no starter moving the lights also go low I just ran to the store and bought a new battery . What could it be??? Steve ? anybody ??

Sounds like the battery to me. I'm guessing all the cranking you've been doing has drained the battery down. Plus, I can't remember FOR SURE, but I do not think the charging system really charges a lot just idling.

It's the AMPS behind it. When that battery is sucking up all the "juice" the charging system can muster, everything else suffers.

I checked to see if starter was getting voltage it was but not cranking so I removed it disconnected it and this Time it didn't drop the voltage the lights didn't turn of as if there was a shortage I went to test a starter from my crashed bike and there it went it spinned lights didn't shut off as before so I went Ahead and Bought a starter online eBay tested to work for 75 big difference from the local Kawasaki store selling it to me for get this!!! 385 !!!! Crazy!!!

As for the battery the original one was old acid spilled and always had to recharge

Did I miss something? You stated it just clicked and mentioned getting a new battery - now you went and bought a different starter? Did you put a new battery in the 550 and see if your current starter worked?
