after what you achieved with 1.0 i am really looking fwd to this one
BTW, i think the chain conversion is going to be relatively easy, after all, the drive shaft model has an external bevel box that cna be removed.

Lol...haven´t looked at the "segway" pic like that, but the jack handle is NOT where you think :woohoo:
Yepp...I did the paint job myself. Had to redo it after the first respray due to bad primer.
Had some sleepless nights over the shaft conversion but it all went away when "Bill" from a different forum gave me all the info I needed. More about that later on...but that part of the build will look something like this: (with focus on output shaft of course)

Okej...this might be a bit controversial so dont give me a hard time about it.
Started manufacturing the sub frame and I want it to follow the lines of the side overs.
So the method I use is to make cuts in the pipe and bend into shape and then weld it up again.
It´s not machine bent and it´s not pretty but it gets the job done.

Is that threaded galvanized pipe your using?that stuff is going to way a ton ,not sure about the strengh compared to tubing
