I had a friend say I'd rather be a sheeple than be a critical thinker. We're no longer friends.

Your original point was that science isn't science without questioning. I agreed but pointed out that science is questioned by scientists, not by the general public. I suppose peer reviews can be bought as you say. But that doesn't change the fundamental approach to furthering science. You have to be a scientist to question science. Those who aren't scientists, and I would go further to say that you must be a scientist in the field you are critiquing, are simply not qualified to provide anything other than their own opinion. The question you should ask when you watch your videos is "Where is the evidence?"
As an analogy...would you accept as truth any opinions offered on Z1 engines from a librarian who has never seen one?
