I vote #2 also. But what if your a tall guy like me (6'3"). I think id be scrunched up on rear sets like that? Is there any way to drop them but still have it flow with the bike?

Well, here is the right side setup, don't have the brake arm done yet, just the mounting. I may tuck it into the frame a little tighter but you get the idea.
