Yeah I seen some descriptions in the PDF I downloaded about whetstone on the teeth but did not see anything worth stoning on the gears I have it was just weird don't even know what it was just happy it works

700cc Wiseco kit 10 to 1.
1980 KZ750 cam, ape springs, stock clutch/ Barnett springs.
Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.
29MM smooth bores W/ 17.5 pilots, 0-6s and 117.5 main
16/42 gearing X ring chain and alum rear JT sprocket.

Think you nailed it on the head even though I thought it was the primary chain jumping crank it must have been a starter issue starter clutch issue pardon me and you know my haste and fury I overlooked it things are fine now thank you.

So I did get it all back together and had it running but the main fuse keeps blowing ? Don't know why it was so sweet to rip up the road but now the fuse keeps blowing errrr

Great that you got it running
The only reason to blow the main fuse would be a short circuit. Happened to me and i followed the wires and found the culprit in the headlight bucket.. the PO had used hockry tape on a connection and when the tape fell off a wire was making contact with bare metal.

Might want to check the charging system too to be sure it's not over charging.
