Shoot up a picture of the Offending Black Wire connectors. Is it Black plugged into a Black with a yellow stripe?
If so make sure your battery is connected properly. Both the cable and the Black/ Yellow striped wire hooked up to the negative terminal. The black/ yellow is for the whole Ground for the electrical, besides the Starter Motor. The Battery cable is for the starter.
