Yes,it should. The horizontal fuse (the lower left one) is optional. It does provide a slight bit of safety against wires shorting, or the reg/rec shorting, but is not included in the factory setup, so I often mark it as optional on more recent drawings. That's an older one, so it is not marked optional.

(If you don't want the optional fuse, you would replace it with wire.)
