I think about it.. does my Air corrector could be not right for my bike?
The air correctors are the right size for the CARBS regardless of what bike they are on.

Are they closing fully ? on my BS34's the linkages where bent (probably from being pulled too hard) so they weren't seating fully until I straightened the bracket (when the choke is off can you push the plungers down at all ?

Doesn't make a lot of sense, are your #15 pilots genuine Mikuni or have they been reamed out by somebody trying to clean them ?

I know!!! I disassembled all of them before dyno last year to clean them in Ultrasonic Machine..  all jets are Mikuni one!! Could it be my Porting?! Valves are on specs (rebuilt engine)  my idle is now set at 13.5 - 14 afr. 1/8 throttle bang 10afr

I wouldn't think so - worth investigating injected's ignition theory - do you know anyone with a crypton style tuner that can measure the Kv in your plug leads when running ?

Thank you, so weak spark can happen at low rpm and can be perfect at WOT ?!
A weak spark at idle will not impede engine function at higher RPM.

At higher engine speeds, the ignition system fires much faster, this builds builds more primary current in the ignition coil. Higher cylinder pressures, and turbulence at increased RPMs help the fuel-air mixture ignite more easily, temporarily masking a weak spark.

A weak spark at idle will not impede engine function at higher RPM.

At higher engine speeds, the ignition system fires much faster, this builds builds more primary current in the ignition coil (how does that work given that the "re-charge" time is shorter at higher revs ?). Higher cylinder pressures, and turbulence at increased RPMs help the fuel-air mixture ignite more easily, temporarily masking a weak spark. (I was always under the impression that the higher the pressure the harder the spark has to work, hence why plugs that spark outside the cylinder don't always spark when in the cylinder under pressure ?)
