AFR RESULT

Hello guys. This is my Afr numbers for my 750 vm28
15pilot
air corrector from Zed
2nd clip + 0.6mm washer
105 main jet on all 4
real pod K&N
idle : 15.5-16afr
1/8 cruise 9.75 afr
1/4 steady 10.5 -11.5 afr
1/2 steady 12.2-12.5 afr
3/4 steady 12.6-12.8 afr
Full 12.9-13.1 afr
Really bad to drive at low rpm!!??

So, how are you sure you don't have 3 rich cylinders and 1 lean cylinder or 1 super rich and 3 lean?
You are averaging the results of 4 cylinders at 6 different throttle positions.

Are you using a Color Tune plug to set the idle circuit? (air screws)
Now that you have the AFR meter you should be able to adjust air screws to get the idle around 13.0-13.5:1 Your idle is pretty lean for air cooled engine.
Its normal to be richer off idle as you twist the throttle but at 1/8 I would at least expect to see 12.5 The needles are shimmed lean so would not expect those rich numbers at 1/8-1/4.
Is it loading up at low throttle settings? From 1/2 to WOT it looks good, main jet correct.
That picture of the plugs is a old picture, you need to post what they look like now.

I already tune idle with colortune (great blue close to orange fire 🔥) and the results was low throttle on flat road!! Up hill I got this morning 11.5 at 1/8 instead 10.10.5. My plug are black as hell. 3-4 are more black than 1-2!! Damn

Would you return to 2nd clip?! Or 1.5 clip ?!
I made WOT on a Big hill. 3000-10 000, I saw 15 afr to 13 afr at 9000 . So hard to have constant reading!!

You may have to do a plug chop to get individual cylinders tuned properly.
Your spark plug condition reflects your air/fuel exactly the moment you shut off your engine.
If you stopped your engine at idle, then that is what your plugs reflect.
If you killed your engine at wide open throttle, then that is what you will be reading.
Use new plugs for the plug chop.

Do Carb synchro could be not right?! I tune them with 1/8 drill bit. They look identical!!
