BTW, where are you getting all the various O-rings for the carbs?  And be sure to ungang the carbs during your rebuild.  I guarantee that the O-rings on the fuel Tee and transfer tubes are hard as a rock, and the only way to renew them, is to break the set apart. 

I am only using the K&L kits at the moment for the rebuild. I know you have your o-ring kits. How do you PM someone on this forum? I can’t find it.

Frustratingly, this forum doesn't have a private message feature.  It sucks.  Mod Wookie is pretty good about providing behind the scenes email addresses though, so just comment to him, and he'll hook us up.  

Regarding the pilot plugs, the cheapest path is to buy some Suzuki rubber plugs, and modify them as needed.  Those aluminum plugs wookie posted, look great, but not sure how much the total price would be, with delivery included.

I found those the other day, but they don't seem to ship to the US.

How much do those aftermarket plugs cost?  If the price is right, I can make some for resale in the US market.  Not trying to bash, but I'd use brass, not raw aluminum, which corrodes easily.  Anodized aluminum would be okay, but not raw.
