No high-pressure cleaning. A tub and a brush soaked in white spirit or lighter fluid, and a little time. Looking at the photos, all the gaskets need replacing. While it's out of the frame, split it in two to inspect. If the bottom end doesn't look too bad, replace the timing chain, the primary chain, and the freewheel rubbers. You could also replace the clutch basket, but finding one in good condition is wishful thinking. Don't be afraid to get started; you just need to be meticulous. Do you have the service manual? It's essential. Nothing insurmountable. We still don't know what the symptoms are.

Picks show oil on barrel fins at #4 cylinder and look to originate from top side.

I don't know why any one would pull a engine to fix a blown head gasket.

I am no "master" mechanic, but know enough if a engine can be rotated you do a compression test before proceeding with any engine work.

I suspect they will find nothing wrong with the crank or lower end bearings. Most likely the clutch rubbers are shot as that is a know issue, and effects 95% of +40 year old 650/750's.

I will post some pics and ask  about the damage. I am by means no professional bike mechanic but i really am broke money wise and need to fix this so if you guys and gals know a good european supplier for gaskets germany based please drop a coment.
Larry I really hope you are going into this with your eyes open as to the cost of a "full motor rebuild" - by "diving in the deep end" rather than diagnosing what is actually going on. To put it in perspective I recently bought the consumables for my motor rebuild including gaskets, chain, guides, rings etc (I did splash out for APE studs) but that was approx $800 without boring etc. You will be surprised how fast it builds up when you start adding parts to your shopping cart !!!!!

Good observation, I completely missed this part.

Yeah, not a wise idea to do a complete engine rebuild on a vintage motorcycle (or any motorcycle) if your cash strapped. This seems to be a common theme on here, and I have bought more than a couple of project bikes because of similar circumstances.
