So I took it apart. On the pickture you could see the line where it was eating aluminum. I took valve from #4 intake and put it into #3 just to see may be bent valve. Same thing bucket goes in with force. I am really puzzled why this is happening.

You can take some 230 paper and clean up the metal fragments. Better with a brake hone. Just enough to make it go in freely.

Metal fragments got imbedded in the sides. Where did they come from?

Those look ok. I see tiny metal markings on both spring seats on 3 and 4 but they are close. though . It was a lot of metal coming from bucket number 3 it self. I'll check cylinder # 1 to. To clean it though i need to take valve guide. Its hard to get in there

Now that you have it off you should take all the valves out and inspect the damage.

Everything is out. Metal shavings everywhere. Looks like that bucket sprayed a lot of metal around. I was taking guide on #3 out and broke it. Oh well will get new one they are cheap.
This bike is full of surprises. On intake #1 valves head is to big I had to drive it out would not come out by hand. New puzzle:)

If you're not careful, you will take some metal out with it. Sounds like you need professional help or another head.
