Very low compression after head gusket replacment

So I took it apart. On the pickture you could see the line where it was eating aluminum. I took valve from #4 intake and put it into #3 just to see may be bent valve. Same thing bucket goes in with force. I am really puzzled why this is happening.

Thanks man will do that. Any idea why it was fine before and now its tight like that?swest wrote: You can take some 230 paper and clean up the metal fragments. Better with a brake hone. Just enough to make it go in freely.

Everything is out. Metal shavings everywhere. Looks like that bucket sprayed a lot of metal around. I was taking guide on #3 out and broke it. Oh well will get new one they are cheap.swest wrote: Now that you have it off you should take all the valves out and inspect the damage.

This bike is full of surprises. On intake #1 valves head is to big I had to drive it out would not come out by hand. New puzzle:)
