Looks like your Mechanic did not mark or keep track of were things come out of.
Buckets , valves , bearings , etc should go back in the same place they were remove.
You are going to end up with a trash motor.

Pull the head off and check everything again. I think you need to remove the tensioner before reinstalling the valve cover on that motor also since its a j series,not a kz.

I might need another head. I made (12ftlb ) mistake and pulled treads on #4 cam caps just one hole. It was helicoiled before so now I will try to get it to m7 size helicoil and m7 bolt does not fit. I need to drill cap out. May be I should just part the dam thing
