Picked up a couple ball bearings to act as spacers for the adjustment screw. I'll make a clip of it going in.

Nice job on the clutch mod Steve!
Glad you're going to build Bossie a safe place away from the meth heads too. I'm guessing if it's cooler in there with that new convoluted roofing, you'll be more likely to spend more time in it. Win/Win for Bossie and you!

Thanks Dave. I put in the ball bearing. Had to pull it apart again to do it. The adjusting screw is out too far but not enough to hit the cover. It did take up the slack caused by the Motion Pro cable. I think I'll just make another screw out of a 8m bolt end and cut a slot in the top for adjusting it. Good thing it's right hand thread. It works perfectly but I won't be happy until it looks right too.
I took some clips of it but this damn cam is FKing up again. I have to format it once the card gets half way or this SHT happens and it will record but it can't be read.

Clips of before and after.
Had a tendency to dump the clutch before. Would have to put it neutral at lights. Now the clutch pull is like a 100cc bike.
I went to Jasmin's to air up her tire with the mini compressor I carry in my trunk. I need some kind of canvas bag for my larger tools, tire irons, etc. Tired of all that noise in the back. Any suggestions?

I used the Z1 actuator bolt as a pattern for the bolt I made. I think it's shorter than the KZ 900 one. Try again tomorrow.

Great idea. There are custom clutch actuators for Kawasaki triples that are slightly longer and they help a lot. Same idea, more leverage.

Got a little squirrely leaving Lowes. A fine layer of blow sand on the apron and almost lost it. I credit the clutch mod for it not being worse.
