well,this certainly was the thread that went nowhere-and it took us 3 pages to get there.If u want to restore the bike,listen to the folks here and restore it.If u are undecided,dont even start.It took me 2 years and a world of frustration to get mine restored,but now thats its finished,I have a bike that no one else has,wins shows and runs like stink off poop.But it came at a price.As Hunter thompson put it,"Buy a ticket and take the ride" or not.bj
