nope...probably not..:laugh: ..oil cooler has been on the bike for many moons b4 i got it.....i found the source of the bits last week.....i wasnt going to air out all my dirty laundry,
but what the hey.....
somehow, the cam chain decided it was going to ride next to
the tensioner roller instead of on it.....by the amount of wear,i can guesstimate it happened when i re-set cams due to idle problem...the only thing i can think of is that i didnt back off on the manual adjuster all the way when i did my re-setting.....pricey little lesson...2 new liska sprockets and a new liska tensioner and new tsubaki cam chain.
that is on top of getting head redone due to my own stupidity with cam timing.......expensive lessons....

installed the tsubaki hd cam chain with a master link tonite...got the liska stuff from Z-1....head left a couple days ago for Larry's....gotta get the cometic head gasket...
snow outside makes garage time pass the time till spring...:laugh: .....

thanks...i guess:laugh: ....a little more attention to detail this time with a little better parts selection(and some mild porting)and i should have a first rate rocket ...
i say this because it would lift the front wheel in 1st without effort before and bike wasnt 100%....working on this thing will get me through the winter doldrums....

got the wife a new digital camera for xmas so i got mine(ours) back and i also got her a new video camera....one of those ones the size of my fist with an 8 gb card...there will be vids when i get it running again and when i can figure out filtering wind noise,some tach-happy fun on video.....:woohoo:

it wont matter after 5k anyways ginzo, the scenery will be going by too quick to focus anyway.....:P :laugh:
