I don't know either, but have rotated the side-ways images which you originally posted.

HOly crap! I love this. I wish I had the time and ability to do this to my 650. ITs just about what I want mine to be in the end.

Ok so I just got a sweet deal on a 2002 Gsxr 600 swingarm which is polished to match the wheels I picked up. Better candidate for my application because it has no top support..
So I spent last night at work making new swingarm pivot bushings so I can use the stock pivot bolt from the kz!

These bushings I made from 304 stainless, they also act as washers to make a nice snug fit between the kz frame. They also replace the bearing race.

Been doing a lot since I've last posted, some amateur body work to fix a dent and rattle can paint job. Had the tank down to bare metal primed sanded primed again then a few coats of pain and clear coats .

I pulled a nasty dent out by filling the tank with 20psi of air and a small plunger, I then proceeded to fill over with bondo body filler, also while I was at it filled in the areas where kawasaki emblems mount, for nice smooth sides.

Yes Leon , the bearings that are pressed into the swingarm my bushings ride on the bearings. Replacing the sleeves that were in there.
