Just seen this, I can't say I've seen this shop but it's not to take away from it. I've always used Schnitz or FBG for tranny work.
Those badges look like a marriage of the W1SS and a KZ badges, pretty slick

Wasn't planning on it. The designer and I have a pact of sorts that we have to agree to make any more than the pair for my bike. Potentially there would be the possibility to make some for sale.

Well there may have been inspiration from the early Kawi's and the factory badge with a bit of tweaking.....

Will they be finished as polished brass then? I'm really curious about these...it's such a unique idea.

Yes. They will have the lettering and part of the flag painted in enamel white and the flag design will be painted red. Then they will be fully clear coated to prevent oxidation. I am having the stick side badges plated in brass then painted and cleared as well.:

davido wrote: So,whats the difference between a benchtop powdercoating oven and an oven oven?
Not a ton of difference. I was using a standard counter top oven, but the size is one of the big differences. This thing is much bigger than most kitchen type countertop ovens. It also has more rack locations up high for hanging and the settings for it are geared to powder coating specifically.

Also Larry C sent me some pics prior to final assembly and shipment back. Stage 2 porting, clearancing for the cams, new APE guides, new APE valves, new APE springs, etc.....
Still waiting on the painter, powdercoater, and upholstry to get done..... That is it for now.
