I just done a set of spacers to do a KZ spoke wheel to late 90's ZX7 forks and ended up with 7mm spacers. My ZX6 forks have a much wider brake spacing so like you said, big spacers. Thing is, I know you have 2 sets of those hubs.

rite, so i was having a chat to Travis (XA-mont ASF forum) yesterday about my swingarm piviot, sent him through the size i would need and the frame boss size.
next thing i get a message "like this" fuken top bloke(thanks again mate)
all i need to do is weld a plate on the end that bolts to the ST frame where the old shaftie swingarm piviot pins use to bolt in.

havent been on the site in awhile. just checked out your build. lovin those spoked rims. also like the bike in your avatar. looks ALOT like mine. looks cool with spoked wheels.
still riding it everyday
