if you mean eyelet to eyelet its about 308-312mm
"Can the adjusters on the GPZ arm be used to straighten the wheel? Have one in slightly different rotation than another? And what is the best way to adjust these? I have seen alot of theses adjusters looking pretty beat up."
yep, its a bit triky.
to realign them, you need to release the axle nut, both clmap bolts and rotate the excenters so they are the same position compared to the grooves at the top of the clamps (aligned). after that, tighten the axle nut and just rotate both of them as one to get the right chain tension. download the manual for pics.

my feeling is that you are already too steep/high on the back. you will run into chain tension problems, set it lower.

I went out to look at it and prove you wrong! You are absolutely correct. Here are some photos of the current and 2 different levels. I know you said it is easy to judge but my track record onthis project has not been good thus far. I will have to completely redo the top mount but that will help stretch the project out! Thanks for pointing this out. It could have been worse if not caught now.

Looking at the 3 pics are there any that look more "right" than the other?

Those are way nice but far beyond my abilities. Really cool though. With those I would not have to redo my top mount!
