sorry about the pics again...batteries tomm. im just getting my cases settled in with the sprocket installed before any mods happen.
the guy i ordered the swringarm and mono shock from recieved my payment finally and will be shipping out monday.

hey guys, i have never put a kz back together. i just slapped my cases together to install my output shaft. from the case to the center of the sprocket i have 1". does that sound right? thats without the sprocket housing.

You are gonna need this set up.
A plate from member, Ben "Irish will"
And a 5/8 offset sprocket with snout for 52mm x 25mm bearing. This is a PBI 17th for 530 chain.
Another $200.
The 2 metal bung weld to the frame when it is lined up.
I have a freind who is raking a frame now.
We'll get this mounted after the Holidays

Wider the tire, you need to go offset. If your just going to cruise it and not hot rod it.
You could get away with just an offset sprocket, and grind the original sprocket cover away for chain clearence.

today is a good day. i just baught zx7r forks, triples, front axle, rim and tire, front rotors, rear sprocket hub, spacers, and cush for $470 locally.
