[img] new update
started with reverse engineering the hub. Took apart the Triumph hub and I noticed something. Hopefully one of you can tell me why is it that one bearing is smaller than the other in the hub and why is one a roller and the other a needle bearing. My plan is to use two roller bearings with the same ID but bigger and maybe wider to handle a heavier load. What do you think about that? And where the axle is splined maybe a larger spline. I am going to design the cush drive from a ducati instead of a triumph. (looks better). This is the first time Ive used a CAD program. Coming along fairly easy. I just have to figure out how to do the axles with the splines and the rotor mounting. Or come up with something easier. The way it is now will probably be expensive to machine. I welcome all ideas
