thanks alot!!!! Those tips just made me realize that i need to start over on this whole build!!! going to run out and grab an actual table and looks like about 10 ft of square tubing too.

The frame looks like it's leaning a bit to the right...maybe put that stick under the frame rail to level it out?

You definately need to follow the advice given here. First and foremost you need to have the frame plumb and level. Lying on a piece of plywood out in the yard isn't going to cut it.
Degreasers, wire brushes and wire wheels will clean up your cases. Keep doing the engine covers by hand for a more polished look.
Good luck man, I give you props for attempting the build in those conditions.
